- Initial Evaluation: 60-minute session
- Follow-Up Treatments: 30 or 60-minute sessions
No referral needed unless directed by your insurance for reimbursement

YOGA & WELLNESS EXERCISE
- Initial Session (new individual clients): 60 minutes
- Therapeutic Yoga or Wellness Exercise (individual): 30 or 60 minutes
- Semi-Private Small Group Sessions (for 2-6 people)
- Group Classes & Events
Investment
Initial Session (new individual clients): $200
60-minute Sessions (individual): $150
30-minute Sessions (individual): $75
Semi-Private Small Group (for 2-6 people): $150/hour
Regularly Scheduled Group Classes: $25 each
Prices for specialized series & events vary.

Please Note
Ascend LLC is an out-of-network provider for Physical Therapy with all commercial insurers.
At this time, Ascend LLC is unable to provide Physical Therapy services for Medicare-eligible clients. Initial session will be performed for planning of Therapeutic Yoga and/or Wellness Exercise at the above out-of-pocket costs.
Note, if you are a returning physical therapy client who has not scheduled an appointment in six months or has a change in medical history, an evaluation session will be required to ensure proper care and that an updated plan is developed.
